Crane/Reynolds has offered program development services and materials to school districts nationally since 1982. We specialize in helping school systems develop a comprehensive service delivery models for special population students with behavior problems. School system staff are trained in our programs to provide ongoing staff development to administrators, support staff, teachers and paraprofessionals within their systems. We offer a variety of training options that include:

• Program Development: We provide 2 & 3 year program development proposals to train your staff to provide ongoing staff development to administrators, support staff, teachers, and paraprofessionals within your system.  We offer a variety of training options in the areas of Behavior Management, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Discipline, Social Skills Curriculum, Inclusion, Academic Management, Crisis Management and Case Management. All proposals include the establishment of pilot programs with training components for Administrators, Support Staff, Teachers and Paraprofessionals. • Workshops: We also offer specific workshops and trainers' training without a program development proposal. Available workshops are:

• Consultation Services: We offer assistance to teachers, support staff, and administrators to support individual students, classrooms, and programs. • Materials: C/R currently publishes The Source Book, 3rd Edition and the K-12 Social Skills Curriculum Series (Social Skills and Me, Success with Social Skills & Interacting in Your World). The Source Book assists educators in writing effective FBAs, BIPs and developing effective discipline options.
